Fair Park Aquarium

There is a little aquarium that just reopened for business in Fair Park. We can get in free for the rest of the month with our zoo membership, so we decided to give it a try today.

It is still tiny, but it has a neat area where you can pet the sting rays. Here are a few pictures of Zev giving it a try.

He kind of thought it was a splash table with fish in it.

In this picture he is noticing the sting ray a little more. He wasn't actually to happy to touch it. He is still in a no slimy textures phase...

He had a lot of fun out here though. His favorite new thing is to run away from Ari and I, then laugh when we try to catch him...

Here is a picture of Ari and Zev with a big turtle. We saw an even bigger turtle at the beginning, but Zev had pushed a button on the camera that made all the pictures fuzzy. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to undo it, but now we will know for future occasion...

I am posting this pictures because I believe it proves my point that it is time for another hair cut. Ari does not agree, but he may just come home to a surprise one day...

He really liked these octopus arms, but again, he has no idea what they are...

We haven't had as many pictures lately, as we have been just doing the regular stuff. Gym classes, visits to the park, trips to the grocery store, walks, etc. This month I am sure we will make it to Tyler though, and hopefully we will get lots of Thanksgiving pictures!
